Terms and conditions for all previous Bradford and Bingley online savings accounts.

Some changes are being made that will affect the terms of our savings accounts from 1 November 2009. Many of the changes are as a result of new European rules which in the UK are contained in the new Payment Services Regulations 2009. These Regulations will make it more straightforward to send and receive payments throughout the UK and Europe. At the same time, the Financial Services Authority (FSA) is replacing parts of the Banking Code with a new set of rules known as Banking Conduct of Business (BCOBS) which will regulate banking and savings accounts.
